Policies and FAQ
Welwyn Jewellery is committed to ensuring a pleasant buying experience.
- Return Policies: Please contact me within 3 days of confirmed delivery if you would like to return your purchase. Item is to be shipped back within 5 business days of arrival. A 20% restocking fee is applicable to all purchases. A refund minus actual shipping cost and restocking fee will be issued within 2 business days from the date item is received at store. Item returned must be in original condition for this to be applicable. We are unable to accept personalised items as part of this policy.
- Payment Policies: We are not responsible for the international transaction fees associated with credit card payment. Please select appropriate currency and check with your bank for fees and charges applicable.
- Shipping: We offer a free standard Australia Post shipping with tracking for domestic customers. A discounted flat shipping rate of AUD $15 is applied to all international purchases. Shipping insurance is provided for item value above AUD $200.
- Custom Declaration: We declare actual price of the item during shipping process. Please contact us if you have any concerns.
- Jewellery Report: Welwyn Jewellery is a member of Gemmology Association of Australia. All gemstones and gold are tested using industry standard equipment. We do not currently offer a jewellery report or valuation but if an independent valuation is available, it is stated in the item description.
- Layby/Layaway: We offer up to 6 months layaway option with 20% payable at the time of purchase. A cancellation of the layaway term will incur a 5% restocking fee and the balance will be issued as store credit.
