Mid-Century Sterling Silver Cufflinks
A handsome pair of sterling silver cufflinks, crafted in a classic rectangular form with subtle engraved foliate detailing to one edge. The backs are stamped “STG. SIL” alongside the maker’s mark H&S.
The use of “STG. SIL” as a mark is more typical of the mid-20th century (c. 1940s–1960s), before the more standardised “925” marking became common. Combined with their clean, modernist design softened by a flourish of engraving, these cufflinks are very much in keeping with mid-century style.
Condition: Presented in excellent vintage condition and light patina.
