Antique 15ct Gold Pearl & Rose-Cut Diamond Ring – Chester 1895, Pendleton & Sons
This exquisite Victorian-era ring, crafted in 1895, showcases the fine workmanship of Pendleton & Sons, a respected Chester-based jeweler known for their elegant gold designs. Made in 15ct yellow gold, the ring features a bloomed finish, giving it the appearance of a higher-carat gold lustre.
At its centre, a lustrous natural pearl is flanked by two smaller pearls, all nestled among delicate rose-cut diamonds. The ring’s ornate engraved shoulders add an extra touch of Victorian elegance, reflecting the meticulous attention to detail of the period.
Fully hallmarked for Chester, 1895, this piece was crafted by Pendleton & Sons (P&S), a notable jewellery firm active in the late 19th century. Chester was known for producing fine, small-scale jewellery, and rings from this era—especially those bearing the P&S mark—are now highly sought after by collectors.
