Antique Pearl & Rose Cut Diamond Cluster Ring
This delicate antique cluster ring showcases a romantic arrangement of natural seed pearls and rose cut diamonds, centering around a luminous white pearl. The gem-set cluster is crafted in 14k gold, while the slim, tapered band is composed of 9ct gold - a construction typical of early 20th-century European rings where the head and band were often made separately in different carats.
The pearl's soft lustre is beautifully complemented by the gentle sparkle of the surrounding rose cut diamonds, creating a timeless halo effect. The refined split shoulder adds to the ring's elegant profile, offering a graceful transition from the band to the cluster setting.
Time frame: Circa 1900–1910
Condition: Good antique condition. The pearl and diamonds remain securely set. Two of the rose cut diamonds exhibit small edge chips, visible under magnification but not distracting in wear. The pearl shows gentle surface wear consistent with age.
